 高效有隔板過濾器是針對不同粒經，高效過濾器的效率最高可達99.999999以上（國外）。有人總把過濾器的效率等級與潔凈室的級別對應起來， 好像用了多少個9的超高效過濾器就能達到百級甚至10級的潔凈度。實際上這是錯誤的觀念。高效過濾器是系統的核心，但并不是保證潔凈度的唯一條件。高效過濾器的效率達到要求只是個必要條件之一，也是最容易實現的條件。而要達到潔凈室的相應級別還應有許多必要條件，如風速、換氣次數、門窗密封、人員進出的潔凈室控制等許多方面。只有這些方面全部達標才能保證潔凈室潔凈度要求。

清洗說明

1、打開設備中的吸入格柵，按住兩邊的按鈕輕輕往下拉;
2、拖住空氣過濾器上的鉤子向斜下方拉出設備;
3、用類似真空吸塵器的設備清除其中的灰塵，或者用溫水沖洗;
4、如果遇到灰塵過多的話可以用軟毛刷子加中性洗滌劑進行清洗，清洗干凈之后把水甩干，放置于陰涼處曬干;
5、千萬不要使用50℃以上的熱水進行清洗，以免出現設備掉色或變形的現象，也不要在火上烤干;
6、在清洗完成之后務必及時裝上設備，安裝的時候將設備掛在吸入格柵上部突起的部分上，然后固定于吸入格柵之上，將吸入格柵的背面凸柄向內慢慢滑動，直至將整個設備推入格柵;
7、最后一步是關閉吸入格柵，這和第一步恰好是相反的，按住控制盤上的過濾器信號復位鍵，這時候清洗的提醒標志就會消失;

無隔板與有隔板的區別
無隔板主要采用熱溶膠作為濾芯的分隔物，便于機械化生產。加之其具有體積小、重量輕、便于安裝、效率穩定、風速均勻的優點，目前潔凈廠房所需的大批量的過濾器多采用無隔板結構。有隔板高效，多采用鋁箔、紙做成折疊狀作為濾芯分隔物，形成空氣通道。分隔板有采用優質牛皮紙，熱滾壓成形或采用膠版紙作分隔板。目前，多采用雙面上膠的銅版紙作分隔板，主要目的是為了防止分隔板受冷熱干濕的影響發生收縮，從而散發微粒。在溫濕度發生變化時，這種隔板紙可能會有較大顆粒散發，從而造成潔凈廠房潔凈度測試不合格。所以，對于潔凈度要求較高的場所，應推薦客戶使用無隔板高效空氣過濾器。國外的有隔板過濾器的價格要高于無隔板價格，所以國外使用有隔板的場所較少。此外，與有隔板過濾器的矩形通道相比，無隔板過濾器的V形通道進一步改善了容塵的均勻性，延長了使用壽命。通風用無隔板過濾器可避免使用金屬部件，易于廢棄處理，符合日益嚴格的環保要求。除了某些耐高溫和高安全性要求的特殊場合，無隔板過濾器均可取代有隔板過濾器。
